It is produced only in favorable years. The grapes has been manually selected in the vineyard and at the sorting band. Each of the three grapes variety has been fermented separately, on a classic method for the red wine, in small stainless steel tank, at 26 oC, Cabernet Sauvignon for 20 days, Merlot for 17 days and Feteasca Neagra for 15 days.

Malolactic fermentation is completed right after the alcoholic one, in new small oak barrels, followed by a 10 months maturation in the same barrel. The final blend is created after several months of trials.

The wine is bottled 24 months before being release on the market.
