SHIRAZ is well suited to the soils and climate of the Dealu Mare. The grapes are picked when they have reached their maximum maturity resulting a production of maximum 7 tones/hectar. Before fermentation the grapes are given 3 days cold soak on the skins at 10°C which gives this wine its fruity and spicy characteristics. Fermentation is carried out for 20 days at a maximum temperature of 28°C.

Dark-ruby color, with rich flavors of spice, black fruits and notes of oak. Strong taste of berries, with a smooth integration of natural oak tannins, which give this wine a nice and persistent aftertaste.
