Pinot Noir is well suited to the soils and climate of the Dealu Mare region and is usually one of the first grapes to be picked.To achieve the fruity characteristics of this grape variety  the grapes were 3 days cold soak at 10°C after which the wine goes through a regular fermentation from 8 to 10 days at a temperature between 25 to 28°C. Only 5% of this wine is matured in oak barrels for six months before it is blended together to make this wine.

A wine dark-ruby in color with delicious flavors of berries. The raspberry taste is complemented by soft tannins which give its fruity, long aftertaste.
